Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures enable NothingHolders Ltd to verify the identity of its clients, assess suitability and risk, and comply with anti-money laundering regulations. KYC is a legal requirement for regulated financial services providers.
One of the following government-issued photo identification documents:
The document must be current (not expired), clearly legible, and in colour. All four corners must be visible. Edited, filtered, or partial images will not be accepted.
One of the following documents, issued within the last 3 months:
The document must display your full name and residential address clearly.
For higher-risk situations, larger deposits, or political exposure, additional documentation may be requested:
Documents submitted through the client portal undergo automated and manual verification. The process typically takes 1–3 business days. You will be notified by email of the outcome. If documents are unclear or incomplete, we will request resubmission with specific guidance.
Regulatory requirements mandate periodic review of client KYC information. You may be asked to resubmit documentation when:
Failure to provide required KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in restriction of account services, including prevention of withdrawals and live trading. Continued non-compliance will result in account termination in accordance with the Client Agreement.
All identity documents and personal data collected during KYC are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest and accessed only by authorised personnel.
We may use regulated third-party identity verification providers to assist with the KYC process. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and data processing agreements.
